Jeremy Richmond1Been here since 11:45am. All we need to do is make changes to our checking account. There are 2 bankers with customers and a manager who is deciding to hide in his cubicle and not help us. These other two bankers have been helping the same people for an hour now.

Yilin Weng1Been with Chase for 10+years. This is by far the worst branch. Went there 3 times, wait time were 30mins (I left), 75mins, and 40mins. I tried to avoid peak time but I realized the branch is understaffed during non-peak hours, so pick your poison. I want to open a simple savings account with code but can't. One lady only tells me what I can't do, and the gentleman only says what he can't do. Nice staff and place is clean.

Ardeshir Tarighi1Chase Bank Branch Manager Jeff Burrier (NMLS ID: 1260979) provided the poorest customer service I have ever experienced at a bank. This complaint speaks to his unprofessionalism, arrogance, and sheer rudeness of dealing with a long time customer of this bank. I expect nothing less than perfect customer service when I walk to a CHASE branch, but the way I was treated by Jeff Burrier was discriminatory and disrespectful. While accompanying my mom to make a simple withdraw, he made me feel like a criminal being booked at a Police station rather than a respected bank customer in front of a teller. This person has no business being a manager at a CHASE branch until he learns to respect customers and treat people with dignity.

Madison Kate Stukey5I am very confused why the ratings for this branch are so low because they have been outstanding for me husband and I. We worked with Yash and he was so kind, helpful, and efficient!! Highly recommend working with him!!

Elizabeth Goff1Got there about 3:30p. Stayed in the drive thru for 10 minutes. Went inside instead. Only 2 people in the entire bank. The teller was hen packing the key board for another 10 minutes with the same customer who was cashing a check. The other young lady was at her desk with a customer. The gentleman in the drive thru was there another 5 minutes, waiting This was ridiculous. 6 people in 20 minutes and 1 one person.

Kathryn Lowrance1DISGUSTED! I feel screwed! This is ONE of many reasons, I would only use a locally owned bank, instead of a big corporate bank. My father, has more than one account at Chase and A LOT of money. And he, himself has been screwed by J.P. Morgan Chase on his investment account in the past. My father sends my children birthday and Christmas gifts, via a cheque from one of his Chase accounts. I myself am a single mom, raising four children with very limited funds. Whenever I have gone to cash one of these cheques, I have had photo identification with my married name, which all my children have, and identification with my maiden name. Every they give me the line that I will have to pay a fee! Until today, the persons I have dealt with in the past have waved the fee, after I have nicely protested and challenge them with why this isn't right. Today, once again I did the same, so the teller went to ask the bank manager. He told me that I would have to pay the fee. Once again big corporate business wins and screws the little people by nickle and diming them. Chase makes a large amount of money off my dad, then takes money from from his daughter and four children, who make a poverty line living! Be smart, only bank with your locally owned banks!
