  Ryan and his team deserve nothing less than 5 stars. Ryan walked me through the whole process. He made sure I knew what to expect. His team kept clear communication and worked hard to make sure everything happened in the timeline we needed it too. Our realtor was very impressed they were able to make it possible for us to close in 14 days! Ryan makes the home lending process effortless and stress free. One of my favorite parts about working with Ryan not only was his communication with me but I was able to send him houses and he could give us a rough idea of what our monthly payment would be. What a huge help in my eyes. Big thanks to Ryan and his team!

  Me and my wife had a great experience working with Ryan Miracle at Ruoff. Him and his team were extremely helpful and there with us every step of the way. Ryan was always available to run numbers on homes we were interested in and he was available at any time to answer any questions i had as a first time home after we had successfully placed a bid on our new home. the closing process was seamless and i was kept up to date with every document i needed to have sign prior to closing. We were also given a lot of support by ruoff in regards to transferring all of our bills/utilities to our new home. I would highly recommend Ruoff to anyone

  Ryan and the Ruoff team were very helpful. They communicated everything very clearly so we understood what was going on every step of the way. They pretty much got back to us immediately, no matter what time of day it was! Everyone was very friendly — it felt as if they were friends of ours right from the start. The only thing I could suggest to the Ruoff team is — when it came time to discuss interest rates, it felt as if they were a bit pushy. Early in the process, we received an interest rate from Ruoff that appeared higher than the going average in Ohio. When I discussed this with other mortgage companies in the area, they told me they would be able to simply offer me a lower rate, but Ruoff was telling me I would need to pay to receive a lower rate. Ultimately we received the lower rate from Ruoff, but that was the only point at which the team felt more like salespeople trying to make money off me as opposed to friendly professionals trying to help me and my family get the best experience possible.
