  The team that worked with us to refinance was simply amazing. We kept pushing our mortgage refinancing because of fear that the process will be daunting. Not at all! Wow, the team was amazing. They were responsive, there to answer questions, to send reminders when we were taking a while to get back to them etc. We will be using Carrington again. Extremely professional and the process felt so EASY because of the support we got. Thank you and keep up the good work.

  I had been thinking about refinancing my mortgage for quite awhile, but with my crazy work schedule I was finding it difficult to connect with anyone who could answer my questions and help get the process started. Out of the blue I received an email from Ben Good. I replied back with some questions and Ben immediately answered them. The ease of communicating with Ben and the information he provided made it easy to get the refi process started and choose the loan that was best for me. He has been extremely quick to respond to all of my emails and clearly explains what he needs and what the next steps are. I am able to reach Ben at any time and I feel confidence in his expertise and guidance through this process. Had Ben not reached out to me, I am sure that refinancing would have remained on my "someday" list rather than actually getting done. Carrington has always been a good company to work with, but people like Ben Good are what really make the experience great.

  This is the second time I have worked with Aaron Murray and he is an asset to Carrington Mortgage. I have already informed two colleagues about going through Aaron Murray for loan purchase and refinancing options. He implements great customer service, contacts customers at each point of the loan process and does an excellent job in simple terms explaining the steps involved in the refinance or purchase process from start to finish. He represents Carrington Mortgage well and as a result, speaks to a great customer experience customer will have with Carrington Mortgage.

  John A Guerriero made the whole process of refinancing my home so very easy. He helped me every step of the way. I have never experienced the degree of help and sevice that John A Guerriero gave to me in my entire life. Never have I had such rapid and complete responses to questions I sent him. He was so professional in his job but yet made me feel like family. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to finance or refinance a home. By finishing the refinance process I feel like I am losing a part of my family now that our communications are ending.

  I was completely surprise by how easy Carrington Mortgage made it to refinance my home. They made it painless. I received step by step instructions by Gino Guarnieri. The amount of patience he had was amazing. Through all the questions and numerous emails that I sent to him he always made himself available.   Hunter Debo was great to work with. He stayed in communication with us the whole time. We had to get paperwork from the military from the late80s/early 90s which took quite awhile, but he didn't give up on us. Process went as smoothly as possible, and new monthly payment is exactly what he said it would be at the beginning. Definitely worth the process!
