  We refinanced our mortgage with Financial One and Michael. He was very thorough explaining our options, the process and all that was involved, start to finish. He was responsive to our questions and kept the process moving by keeping us updated and let us know when he would need items or actions from us.   Mike and Financial One made the whole process of obtaining a mortgage a breeze. From our first contact (late at night no less!), Mike took his time to make sure that we fully understood our options and understood the details of our loan. He did an excellent job communicating, via text, e-mail and phone, and was sensitive to working around our busy schedules.
