  As first time home buyers we are so grateful we had Ryan and his team to guide us through the mortgage process! He's incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cares for his clients. He made sure he had a full understanding of our financial situation and goals, went to bat for us to get us the best rate, answered our many questions and helped us understand all the layers of the lending process. He was unfailingly patient and walked us through several offers we considered making. Ryan worked closely with our realtor to make everything as smooth as possible. His office was amazing with communication throughout the process, with checklists and regular status updates so that our heads weren't spinning.   Ryan and his team were the most competitive and honest offer, as well as provided the most excellent client care.
