  Ryan Mallory is the only person I will use from now on with any home loan or refinance! He makes the process easy and has a amazing team behind him. Buying a house is usually stressful but Ryan made himself available through the whole process and was always there to answer any questions. Definitely will be referring him to everyone I know and will be using him again for future business.

  Mark and his team went above and beyond to make sure that our refinance process go smoothly. We’ve mainly been in contact with his colleague Candace and she’s been nothing but amazing! She kept us in the loop and let us know what we need to do on our part to get the refinance done. She either call/email back as soon as she gets an email from me. Mark and her made the whole process so painless for us and pushed thru when we encounter some bumps in the road. Talking with Candace on the phone felt like I’m talking to one of my friends :). The customer service we’ve received was amazing and we definitely recommend them! They wen above and beyond to make sure we were taken care and to make sure that we got the best rates and service. For that, we are grateful and we appreciate all that they’ve done for us!

  Caliber Home Loans were great! They were very helpful and expedient through the whole process.   I was referred to Ryan Mallory from a coworker, as an investor I have residential and commercial properties, I wasn't sure if he was able to help due to my case complication. I called Ryan and explained to him to see if he could help me to refinance. He was so gracious, knowledge, friendly, and very professional. We started the process and had a few issues here and there, but he is always available to take my call to answers questions or any concerns. His dream team Natasha, Nicole and Jacob all worked very diligent and professional throughout the process.   I have only used Caliber. I would only recommend Caliber hearing what others have gone through. I used Caliber to buy my first home. I have refinanced my home twice, once due to a large tax bill and another to lower the rate. What an amazing team and Shirley Clough is the professional to help you through it all. What a wonderful person to take time to go over a 6 month plan to reduce my rate after the loan. With her help and guidance we did it and reduced our rate from 4.5 to 2.9! I recommend Caliber and Shirley to anyone willing to listen to me.
