  I use Alex as my preferred lender for my clients, but I also recently went through Alex to get a loan for my own personal purchase. Alex has always been readily available to help and go above and beyond to make it happen. He helped make the process super clear-cut. I asked for his guidance on some of the details such as down payment and rate buy down, he gave the best advice and made it clear.   I highly recommend aleksandr and his team for your loan needs. I used a VA loan to buy our first house. And did not think we had the ability to within the budget we wanted to be but he made it happen. Was always quick to respond with any questions I had. They will keep you informed though the entire process with great communication. We got a great rate and payments right were we wanted them to be without compromise. They made process really effortless and had no problems at all.

  We are relocating to Washington from out of state this summer, and we wanted to go with a local lender for our financing. We were referred to Aleksandr by our realtor, who has worked closely with him on many occasions. Aleksandr met with us quickly and gave us a rundown on how purchasing a home works and what we could expect during the process (first-time homebuyers). We completed the application, and in less than 24 hours, we had our pre-approval. For any house we were considering, he ran the numbers so we had an idea of the expected monthly payments. Since COVID, the house rates have been excellent, so I chose not to lock in at a specific interest rate right away. We wanted to see what the market would do, so he continuously watched the market and let us know when the rates were better and when we should lock-in. The loan process went very smoothly, thanks to him and his team. We were kept up to date on every part of the process. Additionally, his team processed additional documents quickly to make sure the process stayed on track. I hoping every home buying experience goes as well as this one did.
