  The staff from the moment you walk into the building greet you and treat you with courtesy and respect. I have yet to encounter any problem. They are very supportive on trying resolve all of your banking needs. I highly recommend Denali to all my family and friends.

  4th call today trying to transfer money to an external account that took 3 days to set up to begin with. Its really frustrating when the wait time for each call is about 45 minutes and I don't have a direct number to call that doesn't involve a huge wait time. Hope Nuvision rebuilds all the terrible online customer service problems. so the last 2 calls gave me bad advice just transfer the money into the your savings account and it will work thanks bye then it still doesn't work of course. I just finished my 4th call. Finally got someone had to ask for a supervisor because I don't remember the month and year I set up my account, after telling them my last name, social, acct number, and other info. (still wasn't enough info) After 10 minutes problem solved with supervisor. this shouldn't be this hard...... Please fix it. Jon Stanley Have to transfer money in smaller amounts (daily limit) not what the error message says online.

  If my union wasn't using them for our vacation account I would have taken my business elsewhere. Denali can't do anything right Edit: Within an hour I received a call from the branch. My issue was finally resolved but it was too little too late. Neither problem I had should have happened in the first place.

  Denali FCU *use* to be the best of the best for customer service. Something went wrong with my account (1 day past due, etc.)? I'd get a phone call and immediate help to remedy it. I needed a loan? Best rates in the industry, proof of job was all I needed. Needed help? Quick phone call, no wait times, and I was good to go. Needed automatic payments? Super easy and convenient. All of these things are what I loved in the first few years. Then about 4 years ago... it all started to change. Now... none of the above is the case. If they cannot make a ton of money off you, they dont care. As such, my days with Denali after 7 years is just about done. Probably a couple more months is it. They're now just the average money grabbing FCU, kind of like Sound.

  Today was our first time at Denali and we couldn't have been more pleased with the level of service and help we received. Keith was super helpful and was very knowledgable. We are not even members with this bank. Thanks!

  I have been a member at Denali Credit Union for over a year and I must say I LOVE it! I've dealt with banks for 25 years, so this was my 1st experience with a credit union and I will NEVER go back to a bank or leave Denali. I can walk into the branch in Kent and get the warmest welcome and leave with a huge satisfying smile on my face every time. The biggest thing I LOVE about Denali is Keith Robinson he is been there for every single question (which I've had some silly questions) I have had and every email I sent him he response in a timely matter. I know if I have a need Keith will be there to help me no questions asked. I feel like a have a friend in my banker and its a huge stress relieve to feel that way and to trust someone with your finance needs. I can go on and on about Denali but I strongly feel you need to go in and experience it yourself because I'm telling you its the BEST!!! #ILOVEDENALIFEDERALCREDIT

  Worst EVER! My fiancé has a auto loan with them. And banks with them since her auto loan. Even have direct deposit enrolled for both jobs and funds are never available until 9 am. They blocked her checking. She couldn't use debit card or get any funds out of her account day before Christmas. She emailed the proofs and two week after they blew up her phone demanding 2500 payments her auto payment for January and 500 charge each past months they assumed she didn't have insurance. Really? Again. When all was taken care of? Someone between all the calls they connect her to, means not one of them from each department updated her information. So it's January 26,2017 and her account is blocked again.Theyre demanding proof of insurance again, and it's blocked because her account is in delinquent??? Again? When they realized their fault. They apologize and said there's nothing I can do. It takes awhile for the system to remove restrictions from account. You'll be able to utilize your checking and receive funds within 10 days. SMH! For no reason they blocked her. Now they want proof from August 2016 to present. My fiancé is crying stressed out because they've marked her delinquent on her account when she's not. Stay away from Denali. Far far away. Im taking my girlfriend to close her checkings and savings and trade her car off so she don't have to deal with their BS. They don't care about you. They get caught with a mistake they screw you even more. SMH! They don't care about you. All they want is money. 500 for basic insurance. Wow! Denali is disgusting!

  THIS CREDIT UNION IS A JOKEI would never give any stars!!! Do not ever get an auto load through them!! I make my payment every month on time if not extra early and everytime i make my payment it is always a hassle!! Either they can't find me in the system, they don't take debt/credit over the phone for payments, they don't have online bill pay for payments and any other reason to make it hard for me to make my payment, you name it! To make my payment i always end up calling back because of some reason. i have never had such a hard time making a payment with any other company. Denali takes the cake for that one! So, here i am again having to call back more than once to make a payment!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY!!!
