  I did not purchase my vehicle from this location, but wish I had. Their service department is courteous and helpful. The people at the counter are very nice and only sell when needed. I will continue to use this Russ Darrow for all of my service needs.

  We had a great experience for truck purchase at Russ Darrow with Daniel Martinez - very attentive to our vehicle needs, wonderful price for our trade in, great service on a follow up issue with a gas cap! Highly recommend Daniel and Russ Darrow!

  I am LIVID with how the service department treated me today! Last week I came in for re-coding of my key ($50 for a 5 min hook-up to their computer) and paid an additional $560 ahead of time for a sun roof module I needed so that it would open and close again. I showed up today for the appointment to get the part installed, but the part was on back order - for a month! No call, no notification of what was happening, just a 45 min. round-trip drive for nothing. In the meantime however, my sun roof was open and could no longer close. Obviously I'm very concerned about getting water in the car causing additional damage, things stolen out of the car, etc. When I decided to ask for a refund of the expensive module (why should I pay $600 for a part I can't get for another month), they REFUSED to help close my sunroof! "Since we're no longer making money on the part we will no longer work on getting your roof closed." I am shocked there are places like this with this lack of customer service. They will never see me in there again and I will make sure to tell all my friends about my experience. They have lost many customers today.

  I have now purchased or leased 5 vehicles from Dan Domask at the Russ Darrow Toyota dealership in West Bend after being introduced to Dan more than a decade ago by Heidi Darrow. Dan is incredibly professional and personable. I have and will continue to recommend him to my family and friends!

  I bought a Honda mini van from this place in June of 2018 and within 6 months it had to be salvaged because the motor seized up. The thing was a piece of junk from the start. I should have returned it when I found out one of the side doors had issues. The sales man sat in the back seat he insisted everything worked perfectly.

  It took a little longer than expected, but everyone was very welcoming. The waiting area was comfortable and they made sure to walk me through the process before and after the maintenance was done to ensure that I was aware of what was being done to my car.

  The practical experience I had with this Russ Darrow dealer was ideal. It was a enjoyment dealing with all the workforce at the store. Situated on what my spouse told them we were hunting for they discovered the greatest truck.

  My experience with Russ Darrow Toyota was a universally positive one. The salesman who assisted me made it his business to see that I got the vehicle I wanted. He was available to me at all times, knowledgable and helpful above and beyond the call of dity. Even though my credit was not the best, the finance folks worked hard to get me a loan, amd by the time I came in, all the paperwork was ready to be signed. Ralph, the salesma, even tpok me to return my rental car. I plan to take my "new" used car to Russ Darrow for servicing. They have a beautiful facilit and waiting area, and I trust the service people will be every bit as professional as the rest of the staffI highly recommend Russ Darrow Toyota in West Bend. I am thrilled with my Mini Cooper sports car!

  Definitely go here if you want to get lied to and end up dealing with their epitome of a used car salesman Danny. This is is probably the worst part of the whole operation, you call him out on his shady practices and he instantly gets spiteful. Also, do yourself a favor and trade your car in anywhere else before you go to them, they make a point to lowball you and then send a pre recorded voicemail about how well your car sells and how bad they want it.
