  I have had the best experience banking at Horicon Bank. I love when I visit the West Bend branch the customer service is always amazing, with their friendly smile and knowing my name when I pull up to the drive through entrance. They are always looking out for my interest in my accounts and recommending improvements to help me earn and save money. Amy, in the West Bend branch, is so consider for my well-being, she makes me feel like family. Thank you for all you do!!

  The best bank! The kind that know your first name and say Hi as soon as you walk thru the doors! Also had a very positive experience refinancing my mortgage. I shopped around and their closing fees were lowest

  The employees at the West Bend branch are so friendly and helpful. They have gone above and beyond to help me out with my normal day to day banking as well as several estate accounts, family business. I have worked the most with Amy and she is fantastic. I would highly recommend them for any banking needs.

  I have had all good experiences with this bank! I love how friendly and helpful all the employees are. I also appreciate how a lot of them know my name when I walk in. You don't get that at every bank. Good work caring about your customers!

  The shred day event Horicon Bank sponsored on 9/11/21 was very helpful to myself & the community. Very well organized! I will be opening up an account there soon. Also, it was a special day of remembrance of the events on 9/11/01 with the opportunity to donate to Stars & Stripes Honor Flight.

  Could not believe how efficient the collection went. Two trucks this year. And to give toward the Stars and Stripes Honor Flight was a privilege. Thanks to the Horicon Bank and all those that had a hand in making it so successful.
