Jamie Budaic5I came in looking at a Murano but was totally undecided. Carson greeted me as I was looking at the outsides just outside the front door. He was super great to work with, had my best interests at heart, wasn't a high pressure sale. After driving several vehicles I decided on the Murano. I was there 2 hours past close on a Sat night and he did not seem inconvenienced. This is my first Nissan and I love it!

Chad Noble1I took my car in for the free oil change, i went ahead and did the recommended 20000 mile maintance (im only at 18400), which was the brake flush and fluid change, first of all after my car was "done" and i was getting my bill, they called the front desk and said they forgot to do the brake fluid, so they came got the car, and just took the fluid out of the master cylinder, did not bleed the brakes to get the old fluid from the lines or calipers. i paid $129.00 for that "service" i could have done that in my drive way for $6.00. I will get my oil changed their because i have already paid in advanced when i bought the car. I dont feel that the brake flush was at all complete.

Kathleen Kroeger3I took my car in today because my windshield washer tank was defective, the fluid was coming out of the bottom as I was pouring it in. I just purchased the car on 11/11/17 and was told it would cost me 232.00 to replace it! I sure would think that would be taken care of for no charge. Otherwise I had the oil changed and the car washed and it looked great, friendly staff. I just made my first car payment and now I have to pay for this?????

Dawn Cherney1We were very disappointed with our experience. The customer service person did not follow our instructions. We wanted to work with the Mgr. NOT a sales rep. We told the sales person where we wanted to be in price and as usual they went back and forth with us 3 times. We finally left. We felt they weren't listening to us or our needs. We have purchase 3 vehicles from Russ Darrrow. Not sure we will go back.

Sarah D.5My husband and I stopped in to Russ Darrow -sarah in West Bend on 9/29/18. Our experience was nothing but spectacular. We were on the search for a safe, dependable, used car with lower mileage for our daughter for the remainder of her time in college. Our salesman was Costa. He was very welcoming, real, and made my daughter feel very comfortable when she stopped by to test drive. We spent 8 hours at the dealership and left with a new 2018 Nissan Sentra. We also worked with Jean (salesperson) and the Finance director who always made is feel welcome. It was truly a great experience, painless, and in the end, super happy with our decision to go there. Our daughter loves her car and we know she will have a safe car to finish school and beyond.
