      Very disappointed with my used car purchase. First of all, the first time I test drove the 2017 Ford Expedition that I purchased, the battery was dead. It needed to be jumped. Then, when I got back to the dealership and turned the vehicle off, I was unable to restart it. Something was wrong and I told them that there was a TSB from Ford on the vehicle. They said they tested the battery and "it was fine". I ended up purchasing the vehicle because my son is a Ford mechanic and I knew he would take care of the TSB for me. Well, guess what...the battery went dead, so it WASN'T FINE! Next, the vehicle had 3 Goodyear tires and 1 Firestone tire on it. The Goodyear tires were original, the Firestone was brand new. It was so new that the little rubber whiskers were still on it. So, I took the truck to Firestone with the intent on purchasing 3 new tires to match. Turns out Russ Darrow put a tire on that wasn't specified for the vehicle! Not only did I have to purchase 4 tires in lieu of 3 (costing more money than expected) but they told me that tire was dangerous as it wasn't rated for highway speeds or towing capacity. So Russ Darrow sold me an unsafe vehicle. I contacted customer service via email and never got a reply. It's been 2 weeks. Also, I provided a paystub, which they made a copy of. I didn't appreciate multiple people looking at it. Only my sales person and financier should have seen that. If I ever get robbed, this dealership is the first place I'll send the cops for suspects. The financier was extra nice and I enjoyed my time with her. She was prompt and professional.

      I saw two vehicles online within my price range for used cars. It said everything was fine but when I came in they told me that one doesn't even run while the other onw had a lot of problems. I understand that as a business you don't have to put that kind of information online but your descriptions are misleading and I wasted my time coming in. I would have appreciated and respected you more if you did put that info online. It would show that you guys are at least trustworthy. Now I will never come back and I will tell everyone I know to not come here.

      Russ Darrow to our experience was positive. We reside 20 miles from the dealership and were looking online to purchase the vehicle. Our sales associate was great! He was really prompt in going back our call and responded all our concerns.

      I had a wonderful experience getting my new car this past week from Russ Darrow Honda. I was apprehensive and not excited to even go because of having such a horrible experience at Summer's Subaru, but Dale, who was my salesman, did everything I asked of him to do; which was to simply be honest and straight forward with me no matter what the news would be. He didn't waste my time, and I drove off the next day in my 2019 Honda Civic SI. I'm beyond happy with how I was treated, and I would recommend anyone who is buying a car or Leasing one to ask for Dale!!       I am trying to decide which dealership I will use to buy a new Honda. I am also trying to decide where to have it serviced. I just finished reading the reviews for Russ Darrow. Yes, many positive reviews, but WAY TOO MANY negative reviews. A lot of comments about employees being incompetent and rude. And dishonesty about how long service will take for a particular car. Frankly I am getting sick and tired of dealing with businesses who hire and keep RUDE employees. I think there is an epidemic of this out in the world today. Sad to think you are included. I will buy my car elsewhere. And by the way telling people you will pass on a bad review to "management" is not the answer. FIX THINGS.

      I will tell you I had been avoiding buying a new car with the fear I wouldn’t get exactly what I wanted. My salesman Josh Eynon knew me better then I knew myself.       I take my car in to this Honda shop all the time for service, but will probably never step foot in it again. I took my car in for an alternator replacement and had Honda get an aftermarket alternator instead of the "Honda" brand. I drove it a few days after the replacement and the battery light started to flash on and off. I took it back to the shop and they said the alternator was faulty. They were able to get another alternator through the warranty, but charged me AGAIN for labor to replace the alternator. They should have checked to see if it was properly working after the installation and instead charged me again for the repair. I tried arguing and it went nowhere. Nothing was said and done. It was either drive away with the bad alternator or pay more money to have them Re-do the job WHICH I've previously already paid for. Employees didn't care. They took my money already and didn't care about the situation.
