Kenneth Nadzak1This Accounting/Tax Firm has been preparing my tax returns for several years. Four weeks ago, my attorney started to prepare my will, but tax issues were raised. I asked Carrie, Tax Manager, the tax questions and was told that she would get back to me with the answers that same day or the following day. I never heard from her. Since then, I have left six voicemail, email, and text messages to find out the status of the answers to my tax questions. I still did not receive any responses at all; not even an acknowledgement that my messages were received. Four weeks of no responses, I finally received this response, "I have made the decision that I will no longer render my professional services to you as a tax preparer". Neither Carrie nor the two Partners will accept any of my phone calls. This leaves me in a very precarious situation with no will. As this Firm is very unprofessional and unresponsive, I would never recommend them for any professional services in the future.
