  Be very leery of this company! It’s now early May and we’ve been dealing with them since early December... for one annuity. Yes, it’s a little unconventional because my wife inherited it and is not the legal “owner” but come to find out it later months it was RSL who was screwing the pooch. The worst of it is that in the past month a lot has changed in our relationship with RSL like no one answers the phone, yes, their main line. It goes directly to an answering service; Jeremy received numerous phone calls and messages and never returned one, when he did respond it was after we sent an email explaining our frustration and that we were looking to go with a different company; the guy we’d been dealing with for 4+ months (Jacob) suddenly wasn’t there and a new guy (Dominic) was taking over which communication worsened. After almost six months of dealing with them and no resolution I could go on. It’s frustrating and like pulling teeth to get answers. Found out recently that the stipulation was emailed over and it wasn’t until reaching out to our annuity’s attorney that RSL had been sitting on it and it’s been two weeks since they finally confirmed with us that they had it. I’m sure they’ll submit a sugar coated response to this but I assure you this is the Gods honest truth, I have nothing to gain from this. Again... so much more I could say about their lack of proper business etiquette. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RSL!!

  ************STOP DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY******* Terrible experience. I’ve been working with RSL since the end of June. There was a lot of nonsense throughout the process which they kept blaming on COVID/ the courts taking long. This was not the case. Court date was 3-29-21. I have yet to receive payment from RSL. I am not being told the investors who was buying my policy is backing out the deal... they would try and find other investors or cancel the deal. Well it’s been very difficult/ impossible to get answers from anyone at RSL. No one returns my calls and emails. I called one day and told the receptionist I wasn’t hanging up until I spoke to someone. I was on hold for 2 1/2 hours until finally speaking to someone who was supposed to call me back at the end of the week. This never happened. I drove to RSL’s office in Houston Texas. I was going to wait in the office until Jeremy (COO) talked to me. Well they called security on me. I wasn’t rude at all very nice very respectful. I’m not sure what the next step needs to be but this is $112k I am waiting on. This company lacks quality and customer service. For me to not even receive a call or email back and having to call and demand I stay on hold until someone picks up now drive down here only to have security called on me not because I was disruptive but probably because they didn’t want to talk to me because RSL can hold up to their end of the deal. Ps. I’m waiting for RSL to fact check this one... not one thing in here is not truthful.

  If I could give this company a negative star rating I would. Please do not waste your time. I started dealing with RSL in December of 2020 and was told this would be a quick process and maybe take 30 days. Fast forward to 5 months later and now they are not answering their phones, not responding to texts or emails. I expressed my situation to them numerous times, needing to get this finalized and done quickly but they do not care. Do yourself a favor, call JG Wentworth.

  So I Currently Just Got Done With The Process Through RSL They were Really Productive and Very Helpful They Actually were Really helpful amd fast with getting me my Funds. There was a little Period where no one would call back when someone did they were really apologetic. Actually offered Me an Amazon Gift Card for my troubles.

  Samantha at RSL funding is quite knowledgeable , professional and focused on getting the client the best offer available and meeting our needs. She was able to finalize a an offer suited to my needs without any sales gimmicks like over advertised agencies attempt. Samantha took the time to make sure I understood the process and guided me in making an agreement for my my net amount without sacrificing my future.If needed I will use RSL funding again in the future over the other company. Don't settle for companies whose notoriety is in the overuse of funds for google rankings. Do your research! Thank you Samantha, now I can move forward in my home purchase.

  If I could give negative star's I would. RSL has strung my husband out for over 90 days. The most these things should take is 45 days. Everything they promised or said is a lie. No one returns calls, emails, or text messages. The company is a joke. Ya they promise more money but string you along with promises that never come true. Even the receptionist has been trained to lie, and put you off. Very sad we dealt with this company. Left our family in ruins by stringing us along and lying to us time and time again.

  Hi Sharon, We take pride in paying our customers the Most Cash for their payments AND providing excellent customer service…. Including being honest, transparent, and processing transactions as fast as we can! Regardless of which company is buying your annuity, a court needs to the transaction (in almost all states) which often can slow down the process. As stated on our website, RSL almost always processes transactions between 45-90 days. In this case, the transaction completed in 82 days. The customer signed the application on September 26. And the check was delivered to the customer on December 16. We had received calls requesting that the money be wired to complete this transaction. Although we have a policy of issuing physical checks, the Account Executive requested a wire be made for the final payment. Unfortunately the wire request was not approved due to our policy and the check was sent out via Priority Mail. We hope that we provided some clarity as to what transpired.   I can’t say enough about how positive my experience has been with Jacob and RSL! While shopping around for the best deal I was given the runaround and had to haggle for every couple of hundred dollars and had to hear the bigger named companies talk down anybody and everybody that I got a quote from. Jacob didn’t do any of that, he gave me his bottom line without any of the extra and wasn’t pushy at all. I don’t do reviews but I had to on this just because My experience with them was so much better on every aspect than it was with the other companies JG, Peachtree,....

  Everyone was very professional and caring. Once I received my quote and shopped around RSL Funding gave me the best offer. I was glad that the process was at much slower pace I felt that this would make sure I received all my cash the first time. Thank you RSL Funding you are the best!

  I worked with RSL in the past and they did a good job on the intial sale. My problem was they didn't have the most competitive offer on my 2nd or 3rd sale and caused issues with those sales due to a first right of refusal clause built into their APPLICATION under other Terms & Conditions. I was also adivsed that it was to be annulled in my second transfer after they interfered but when we went to do my 2rd transacation, it apparently was not.

  Great service and paid way more than Seneca One! They really helped me at the hearing so the Judge would approve my transfer. I recommend RSL Funding to everyone.
