      This is the worst bank I have ever had the experience of dealing with. You open a checking account, they close it if you let your balance go to zero, they then hold your deposit for 10 days because they closed your account because you let your balance go to zero. Not negative but 0. Who gives them the right to play God and close your account just because you live paycheck to paycheck and you let your balance go to zero. Then they send you a email stating your payroll check is being held because there is confidential information that they have that says the check will not be paid. What kind of powerful God do they think they are? Your life and family depends on you for food and to pay bills. But there are people in the regions bank system that believe they have the right to keep your money even though they get confirmation from the bank where you got your payroll check. Why do they feel they can play with your money and your well-being. The most disappointing banking industry. Do not use regions bank for any business or other services. Totally a disgusting bank.

      I made an appointment based off a referral with loan officer Justin Waters to discuss my options. I walked in, and only waited a few moments before being called over. Justin was attentive, patient & knowledgeable. All my questions were answered and I was able to walk back out feeling accomplished. Justin went a step further showing his incredible customer service skills by offering to walk me to my car with an umbrella as it had started raining quite heavily. If you want to feel heard and like you matter, Justin is your guy!

      Automated teller Machine doesn't work so cant really deposit anything, the whole branch has 2 people work at 3 in the afternoon, been waiting for the past 23 mins and still waiting.

      The manager is very rude. She acts like she owns the bank. The word "customer service" is far from her mind.. She interrupts as you speak and is not an effective listener. Please be aware- this bank will pend your transactions long enough to set you up for failure. They try to underhandedly make your transactions bounce. They were fined $7.5 million for improper overdraft practices in the past. They are still practices this, it's just done in a manipulative way. Stay far away from Regions Bank. The one star represents one person at this location that's professional, since I was forced to select one. I forgot her name..

      Customer service here is horrible! August 5th I made a cash deposit with the drive thru teller and he shorted me $65 I didn’t realize until the next day. I thought it would be an easy fix. But here we are 1 month later and I am still out of $65 dollars. Management is dragging their feet on this and not returning my calls. At this point I do not know who to call to get this resolved. I would not come to this branch, or even bank with Regions as a whole. Horrible customer service! This is so very frustrating

      Went in to cash a check, one of the managers or whoever she was. Stated there were unable to do the transaction as they didn’t have the funds! As a bank you should be able to cash a check that is from your bank! Now I have to locate another branch to assist!

      My feelings toward Regions, as a whole, aside, I do not like this particular location. I have never had any issues with the staff, but it is the actual building itself that is the problem. It is difficult to get in and out of, the parking lot has been under construction for at least EIGHT MONTHS and the last time I drove by, you couldn't get into the lot at all because the construction had expanded from the next door lot to theirs. What is worse is that only maybe five cars can park here when the lot is actually accessible. I usually will go well out of my way to go to the Regions on 11th if I have to go to the bank. Also, there are no Saturday hours (really helpful for those of us who work longer hours than banking hours M-F). Do yourselves a favor and bank with a credit union so you don't have to deal with fees, terrible locations, and stupid hours.

      Louetta, terrible! Wired 3200 dollars, Kurt forgot to charge the wire fee, so he reversed it and rewired itcausing internal banking to get suspicious so they ended up freezing and 2 weeks later closing my accounts. Bull Sh##
