  I originally started the home buying process with a different vendor. Long story short they flopped on me last second and left me stranded with my offer already accepted. In comes Cindy from Gibraltar who absolutely took over and got everything done. She is extremely knowledgeable in the subject and even owned her own mortgage company for 17+ years. She was extremely responsive when it came to any questions and took the time to explain everything in great detail. I can't stress enough how easy she made things...if she's in your corner you will be informed and confident when going through this. 11/10 hands down!
