  Courteous, FAST, and knew exactly all they needed. There was no back and forth, no delays, all the needed documents were requested at once. Closing actually caught me off guard, it was so well done. Kudos to Nebil and his entire team for a pleasant refi experience for a change!

  I was forced to work with you as the builders lender. I was passed around between 4 or 5 different people. Nobody knew what they were doing. Everyone was inefficient, rude, unprofessional, unknowledgeable, un-empathetic ... the list could go on. I was ignored when I reached out for answers. Calls were not returned, emails went un-answered. Changes were constantly being made of which I was not being informed. My agent is angry, she said she's never worked with such a terrible company. The closing attorney hates working with you, but, his hands are tied because I guess you're his client. He said he gets complaints about you all the time. At this very moment you are holding $575 of my money. You double-charged me for my appraisal. You say the money will come back to me. But, I'm not holding my breath. I closed on my house now and that means I don't have to communicate with you EVER again and THAT makes me happy!!! You sent me a survey asking how you can make things right -- well, you can give me back my $575 for starters. And, maybe you could fire Laurie Gillespie and Nicole Bankhead. They were the worst! Laure in particular did not return a single call from me. She also had my portfolio for a year and didn't get started working on it until right before we were supposed to close. Then, she ran into issues and needed things from my agent immediately. Then, she was rude to my agent, telling my agent she didn't have the facts right. In fact, it was Laurie who didn't have her facts right.

  Ms. Princess Pulido and her team were all professional, patient, attentive and genuinely honest about the process and did everything they could to find perks that you qualify for. Very veteran and first responder friendly!. Definetly recommend NRL mortgage and miss pulido!.Thanks for the great experience!

  This was my first time buying a house. Martin and his team at NRL made me feel like family. I was very nervous at first with all the horror stories I have hear over the years when it comes to buying a house but experienced no issues at all. By fair the best customer experience I have ever had.

  I would recommend NRL and especially Salena Whiddon and her team to anyone looking to purchase a home. They made the process easy to understand, gave prompt response when we were in need of guidance. No one will harder than them to get you into the home of your dreams!!!!
