  After dealing with different mortgage companies in my early years of home ownership, I have dealt primarily with Troy for the last 9 years. His attention to detail, 'client-first' mentality, and his ability to go above and beyond the norm is what separates him from his competitors. Troy makes the entire process smooth for the client. I have always felt that he has my best interest in mind, and will point me in the right direction, even if that direction means not to purchase or refinance at that specific time. I strongly encourage anybody looking for mortgage help to reach out to Troy and his team and utilize their expertise to help you and your family!

  This was the most negative experience I have had with a loan company. My wife will be starting a new job and the new employer can’t guarantee a minimum salary. We were upfront about this but they said it won’t be a problem they just need a letter from the employer. After working with this loan company for 3 weeks on our application we send them the letter and they replied with an email that said “I’m afraid I have a bit of bad news. We are unable to use income from a new job with no history of income receipt unless the new employer confirms a guaranteed salary. Without a base salary, we are required to use an 18-month history of income from the job.” The day after receiving the email with this information we received a copy of our credit report which means they did a hard pull even though they cannot assistance us with a loan. They should have brought this up before they did the credit pull and before they wasted 3 weeks “working” with us. To top it all off their online application process asked you to enter your online banking user name and password so they can automatically get the bank info they need to complete the process (we opted for the manual process). This was a red flag but this company came recommend by our realtor, and the realtor was recommended by a friend so we foolishly decided to proceed. They also asked us to send personal identification information such as W-2 and other tax info via regular email. After I pressed them for a secure means of providing this digitally they did provide a way but they should have started with this instead of have a client request it. So 3 weeks in we aren’t any closer to being pre-approved for a loan, we now have a negative mark against us for a hard credit pull that was pointless and a company with a less than stealer online security policy now has a lot of our personal information.

  I have had the opportunity to work with Troy on multiple occasions over the last few years and every time it has been an extremely wonderful experience. Tory and his team are always extremely professional, helpful and efficient. They make the loan experience a pleasurable one.   I've worked with Troy and team through 2 refinances on our home. Initially, Troy was able to find a way to get us out of an FHA loan with ARM that we had been trying to get out of, but couldn't... until I talked to Troy! He worked hard to find us a loan structure that worked for us, save us money in the process and required no money out-of-pocket. It was win-win! Troy contacted me a couple times after that letting us know that he reviewed our files, but it wouldn't be too our advantage. t was pleasantly surprised when Troy contacted me about a year after our first re-finance and said that rates had dropped a bit and he could re-finance our loan to save us money and again, have no out-of-pocket expenses! I have no idea how he makes all that "magic" work, but if anyone can, Troy can. Kier takes care of all the paperwork. She is super organized and makes it very clear what is needed. They help you every step of the way. I would highly recommend Troy and partners for an easy, seamless mortgage process. Everything can be done electronically and you don't have to be near Bellevue (even though I am) to take advantage of their services.

  I worked with Troy this last year, 2014. We were looking for a house and finances to secure it. We went with RPM mortgage through a referral of our Realtor saying, "They were the best in town." My wife was 7 months pregnant at the time and we wanted to get a house and move in before the baby. Troy was able to start securing the load before Thanksgiving and even during the Holidays was able to get the loan for us squared away so we could close on our house in less than 4 weeks. We were able to move in to our new house at 3 weeks before the baby and now have a wonderful house and a new kid to share it with. Thank you guys / girls at RPM Mortgage for making this happen.

  I refinanced my home in Seattle a few months ago with Troy and his team. Troy answered all my questions, provided timely information and his Kier made the entire process as painless as possible. They were all there to help at every stage. I would highly recommend using Troy and his team for your home or business as my experience was a very positive one and a got a great rate that was a lot lower than my original mortgage rate, which saved me a lot of money!

  I had the opportunity to work with Troy and his team at RPM Mortgage. I could not be happier with my experience. After shopping the market for a mortgage company, I decided to go with RPM. They exceeded my expectations from day one! They had the best rates, processed my paperwork quickly, provide immediate answers to all my questions throughout the process and were able to close in less than 30 days. What really impressed me was the basket of goodies my wife and I got after closing and a month later, the unexpected birthday gift that showed up for my wife...that was impressive.   Working with Troy and team was an excellent experience. They are very knowledgeable and incredibly responsive.   We just refinanced our home. The process was super easy and quick. Rodney and his team kept us totally informed every step of the way.   In few words - great people and team to work with, very responsive, they make you feel at ease and always welcoming. Home buying and specially financing is always a cumbersome and lengthy process and is a long journey - everyone knows that. In our opinion, if you get the right person to help you out in that process - then it becomes an enjoyable journey. And this is what happened to us - when we got in contact with Troy Chambers @ RPM Mortgage Bellevue WA. We first contacted Troy on July 8th 2014 and closed our home on March 23rd 2015 - and during this whole process - we may have asked 100s of questions in numerous emails - some intelligent ones, some silly ones - but we never felt unwelcome to any of our questions. We even asked for multiple quotes with different combinations for all the houses we felt interested in, and we were always provided the quote and answer which was to our satisfaction. We had questions on our appraisal document as well - and RPM team (specially Kier Wetherell) worked with us diligently and got all our issues resolved and got the appraisal documents amended to our satisfaction. We all know what happens when appraisal value of house does not match with the loan value - so we must say, we were in good hands @ RPM Mortgage and did not have to worry about our loan approval. When we were close to our home closing - we were very nervous about many charges which were added in the document which was sent to us by Title company - and we frantically sent an email @ 11 PM in the night and again @ 7 AM in the morning of the day of closure - and they were all answered to our satisfaction by 8:30 AM on that day. Our funding was approved when the RPM team said it will. We had one document missing - but Troy went ahead and got the funding approved -just based on our verbal commitment that we will send the papers in the evening when we will be @ home after work. If we have to refinance again in future - we know where to go; and then just relax and chill as we know , we will be given the best service by RPM Mortgage team, which is not very common in Mortgage industry.
