  There a lot of hard money lenders out there, but Eastside Funding, specifically Audre Torgerson, has always exceeded my expectation. We are constantly hunting for properties that have potential profit margin and we make a LOT of offers. We always have to submit a pre-approval with the offer and Audre always gets a letter to me near immediately, like magic!
