  Kathy is wonderful! She helped us buy our home 6 years ago, and just helped us with a refinance. She is so knowledgeable and helpful, and really makes the whole process easy! She goes above and beyond to answer any questions, and always responds promptly. She kept us in the loop of the whole process, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Her effective communication skills coupled with her constant management of the details ensured the loan was completed in the time commitment she stated on day one.   If you need a Pre-Approval, Kathy is number 1. She makes certain all the paperwork is thoroughly done so when a realtor makes an offer, the financing is solid. Kathy made it so easy for me twice.   Kathy and I have worked together on two different mortgage applications at different times. She was most helpful, extremely knowledgable, and diligent in sorting through roadblocks. We were successful in getting both mortgages approved. She was very easy to work with and her "customer friendly" approach helped me work through the whole process. Were I too need another mortgage, Kathy would be my first choice as loan officer.
