  This is the third time I have worked with Jolene. Everything has been great. Her team is really responsive and detail oriented. Even during this stay at home Covid 19 time her team never missed one thing. My process was so smooth. From the moment I emailed Jolene till I closed, everything went according to plan. I never felt out of the loop or lost.. every step was expected and all the elements of the loan process were done smoothly. All things but close and assessment are done online.. i loved it.. They are truly great at what they do. I would never use anyone else.

  First-time home buyer and I am SO THANKFUL my builder required me to fill out an application with one of their preferred lenders. Jolene and her team were super responsive from the moment I submitted my application. They were able to get me a significantly lower interest rate than my credit union was offering. My credit union even told me to go with Caliber, because they couldn't compete. COVID threw a complete curveball at my plans and halted construction of my house - but Jolene and her team were still with me every step of the way. They made the process so easy and painless, I will be recommending her to anyone I know buying a home!

  Great experience all around. Given how lenders are so swarmed with so many refi requests, I was very appreciative and completely amazed how prompt and attentive Jolene was in addressing my questions throughout the process. The online loan application and tools greatly simplified the process of supplying required documents, and enabled me to monitor the progression of the process. These tools complemented by excellent service and consultation by the Caliber Team really tied the bow on a great experience.
