  Throughout the loan process Josh and staff made my loan experience much less stressful. He provided excellent advice and was very flexible , especially when I had problems with selling my other house. My loan was approved and ready to go when that house closed. Because he was totally prepared, we were able to close and move-in to our new house the same day. We definitely recommend Josh to handle your loan needs.

  Josh was so professional, helpful, personable and great to work with. He was available to answer all of our questions from start to finish. Even once the loan closed, Josh was still attentive to make sure we were satisfied and that all of our needs were being met and any remaining questions were answered.   My experience with Josh was great. My wife and I decided it was time to get serious about buying a house and one came on the market we wanted to shoot for so we called up Josh and that evening we were pre-approved and had an offer on the house. Even though we didn’t end up getting that house Josh was helpful through the whole process. Very knowledgeable, communicated well, gave us updates often, and wasn’t quick to give an answer unless he knew for sure. Email, text, phone call, whatever you prefer. Highly recommend!

  If you are looking for "The Personal Touch" look no further! Josh Martinez goes above and beyond with the personal attention and professionalism that every client desires. Every step in the process was clearly outlined and discussed fully with us, with focus on our options and potential outcomes. I had a lot of questions and I sent Josh multiple texts and emails. Josh answered them all right away, no waiting or delays, which for me was a huge win. From the first time I spoke with Josh to our closing was less then a month.   As a first time home buyer, I did a bit of research before choosing a lender. Luckily for me, Josh reached out and explained in detail of what to look for and what not to look for during this process, which is what made me go with him instead of other lenders--he was on top of it, I appreciated the hustle, how straight-forward he was (no BS), the quick replies and the transparency. In addition, he knew the listing agent and my realtor, which made me feel at ease hoping that it would be a seamless process and it was! His assistant, Amanda was also responsive and I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. Already recommended Josh to my friends and family and will continue to do so in the future.

  We chose to go with Joshua with All Western instead of our realtor’s lender, and we were so happy we did! Josh saved us thousands in the end compared to the other lender and did everything to get us a lower rate. I also really appreciate that he took the time to explain the whole process and technical terms to me.
