  The lender that I was using was very unprofessional and nearly ruined our escrow to purchase our first house a week prior to closing. Neel has worked closely with our realtor who recommended to give him a shot. Thanks to Neel and his team they were able to close on the loan within two weeks. Him and his team helped salvaged our home buying process and got my family and I in our first home.

  Neel and his Team were extremely helpful during our recent home purchase in Reno. We had just tried financing of a home with one of Neel's competitors and lost the house in the process due to some (perceived) complications related to my immigration status. When another opportunity arose, our Real Estate Agent Tina recommended Neel. We reached out to Neel and his Team and, after explaining our previous experience, were told that our situation was not uncommon at all and that they would be able to easily find funding for us. Neel, Whitney and the rest of Team Dhingra worked tirelessly on our case and were able to provide financing in record time. The thing that sets Neel and his team apart from his competition is the fact that they take personal ownership of client's cases. Someone always responded to questions (even after hours and on the weekend). I can wholeheartedly recommend Neel and his Team for your Home Lending Needs.

  Being a real estate professional in the industry, I see a lot of loan officers and their customer service. Neel and his team absolutely blew them all away with their professionalism and attention to detail. The whole process seemed to go by so smoothly and not to mention they were able to get us such a great rate! Even after the sale of our home Neel has kept in touch, which has assured us that he doesn't think of his clients as just another deal.   I had a great experience working with Neel and the team at All Western Mortgage. Neel provided thoughtful and personalized service throughout the process, which made me feel confident that I was making informed decisions. He and his team were also able to meet fairly tight timelines, which was critical for getting us to closing.   Hey! Can I give 6 stars? Neel did a loan for me several years ago and it all went well with no surprises. Over the past several years I have reached out to him a few times for advice and info. And even though I was a PAST customer and he was not making any money off of me this time, he still treated me like a customer. He even told me on one occasion stay the path I was on when he could have encouraged me to jump ship and hire him again instead. I would use Neel again without hesitation or reservation. He is truly a pro at his craft.

  Neel and his team were great to work with throughout the mortgage application process. We closed during COVID19 and our time table was shifted multiple times; each time Neel and his team were quick to respond and provide whatever documentation was needed. Neel was patient with our questions as this was our first home buying/loan application experience. So grateful we went with a local lender and thankful for the excellent service provided by Neel and his team.   Buying a house with Neel was smooth sailing from start to finish. Buying a house during a pandemic could have been a stressful and difficult experience but Neel made it the easiest thing taking all stresses off us as he dealt with things behind the scenes. We specifically got a physician mortgage loan, which not a lot of places can do or are familiar with. He was knowledgeable from the beginning to the end and explained all options and what each step of the process would look like. Things were done in a timely manner and he was available to talk to us whenever we needed him. We highly recommend Neel and his team if you’re buying a house. He gets the job done, got us a great interest rate and makes it stress free for the client.

  My wife and I closed on a Toll Bros. home in July of 2020, but we started the process in September of 2019. Neel and his team at AWM were amazing from the get-go. They were professional, quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and accessible. We were kept up to date throughout the process, and Neel was incredible throughout the whole thing. Our previous experience with another company in town was terrible, so to have things go so smoothly with Neel was a breath of fresh air. I'm as skeptical and critical of online reviews as the next person, but literally stop scrolling through reviews, just give him and his team a call already.

  Best lender ever. As someone who works with buyers consistently through real estate I have seen many a lender just not get things done. Neel has always been on point, he's worked with many of my clients they all were pleased and some have referred him and used him multiple times. I have also used Neel for my personal purchase and refi transactions for about 17 years now. Wouldn't use anyone else!
