  Andrew worked diligently on all aspects of selling our clients business. Andrew Rogerson delivered what he promised, He calmly went above and beyond to get this difficult saie completed. When the transaction seemed to be heading south because of special financing needs of the buyer he worked diligently and creatively to help the buyer obtain financing to complete the sale. Really amazing job. Highly recommend.

  Thanks for the recommendation. Really enjoyed helping you guys as this was a difficult transaction for many reasons. Landlord was difficult but we got it done. SBA lender was difficult and slow but we got that done. Due diligence was difficult as items kept popping up which they buyer wanted to know so they had to be researched and negotiated. Negotiating the Asset Purchase Allocation was difficult. The escrow closing was difficult as there were pink slips with the DMV that needed addressing. Insurance items to get in place or the SBA loan wouldn't finance. These were the main things but there were more. Thanks again for letting me assist you. Hopefully next time its a little easier. :)
