  This company is amazing. I took money out of my house and got a better rate then I had before. They have the best rates on the market. My loan officer was Brian Moody. He was very knowledgeable and helped me close quickly. Ask for Brian Moody. best loan officer I have ever used.

  Misha has been my loan officer for my past 2 refinances as well as my most recent purchase for a vacation property with an extremely truncated timeline set by the seller. He and his team at Metro Financial & Realty got my purchase done in 15 DAYS START TO FINISH despite the fact that I signed loan docs while on vacation in Hawaii!! He personally made sure that escrow, the notary, & his closing staff were all aware of the timeline and GOT IT DONE WITHOUT A SINGLE HICCUP!   Working with Misha Kokuashvili and Daniel Lim to get my re-fi process done, was the best, simple and transparent thing I could do. The full process took 4 weeks from end to end.   I worked with Misha last year and it didn't work out on my side. We were near the end of the refi process and I'm sure it wasn't easy for Misha and his team to put in the work to see no result. However, he was very professional and responded to my questions and requests even after we closed my file. Recently, I reached out to get a refi and everything went much more smoothly!   I worked with Joe and the team on a home loan and had a really great experience.  Before I started working with Joe I reached out to a friend I trust heavily with financial advice and asked him if 1) I should go to my big bank 2) my local CU I use often or 3) Joe or another person and he highly recommended Joe. Additionally during the process my realtor team and family had me compare multiple of their trusted sources to services and rates that Joe was providing and all of those sources said Joe was doing a great job for us. Joe was able to provide advice both as a loan advisor and from the perspective of a real estate agent which was helpful as we had a number of unexpected hiccups through the buying process. The real estate market is crazy right now, but Joe and team helped us get the home of our dreams. I highly recommend working with him to my family, friends and you.
