  Michelle Smith is fantastic and bar-none the best broker in the Denver area. Michelle has helped both my boyfriend and I with the purchase of our new home last year, but has also helped me prior with a refinance and my parents used her for their new home purchase is 2018 and subsequent refinance. She has always treated us like family, and helped us understand and navigate situations. Michelle has always gotten my parents and us the best 30 year mortgage rate available, and provided us with the best tools and resources. Buying a home can be scary and intimidating but, with Michelle, you can trust you’re in great hands with 100% trust. That’s not always easy to find, so I would recommend Michelle to anyone and everyone that I know! In fact, I recommended her services to a friend and old neighbor who was THRILLED with his recent refinance and her knocking off his hefty personal mortgage insurance monthly payment. You will not regret having Michelle in your corner! My family and friends cannot say enough great things. Wish I could give her more than 5 stars.

  Michelle was recommended to us by a friend, but, to be honest, we were expecting to go with our agent's in-house partner... until we spoke to Michelle. She impressed us with how organized and motivated she was. We were not disappointed. She found us a great rate below the market average. She was so communicative and thorough, and she was proactive.   I found her on Facebook first. She helped me refinance my home into an excellent mortgage company. I used her again recently to get me a loan that will work for me to pay off my home in a shorter amount of time and help me with other needed house projects because it is the nature of the loan. I am very happy with her and look forward to doing more work with her as I search for more home or land opportunities in the future!

  Michelle is one of those rare people who just exudes raw happiness out of helping people do mortgages --- and as she says it...almost two decades passionately working in the industry...she is literally one of the very best --- honestly...it shows how much she cares for her clients, in the little details she includes in the people she helps!
