  Hello, I went to refinance my loan during a promo at Soopers CU... I had the best customer service from Amanda! She discussed with me all the benefits I would get and money I'd save from refinancing my auto, she is also very kind!

  I've been with Sooper Credit Union for over 20 yrs, and LOVE this way of banking. I have a banking rep that I work with, Amanda Calderone, and she has built my confidence in not only Sooper Credit Union, but also in my ability to deal with money. She takes the time to explain to me how different financial tools work, and never makes me feel silly for asking. I highly recommend Sooper Credit Union for your primary banking needs, and of course ask for Amanda - she's great!

  Even when going in to obtain information on on an auto refinance that could lead to using a different CU, Erica went above and beyond to assist me with questions that I had. Erica took time to compare my refinance info with their rates and educate me on the process! Even if I refinance elsewhere, I will still remain a member of Soopers CU and use them for banking services. One great customer service experience can really make a lasting difference! Thanks Erica!
