  Carla was incredibly helpful in helping me set up my new renter's insurance. I spoke with her on the phone multiple times and she walked me through the entire process. She responded quickly to questions and provided wonderful service!

  I would just like to say that the staff at Joel Kruschwitz State Farm agency is amazing and I would definitely recommend them as your agent i have had nothing but professional service from them and they are fun as well and I wouldn’t have it any other way it’s a shame if I leave the state i may have to get a different agent but I’ve really enjoyed the staff so check them out five stars for sure!!!!! Bianca is awesome!!! sorry they all are just had to mention her!!!! Give that girl a raise 😄😄

  I spoke with Carla today. She was super informative, and all around nice. She made me feel like she genuinely cared about what I was insuring and making sure i got the correct coverage at the best cost. I would say she's funnier than Jake tbh.

  I had the pleasure of speaking with Yesenia who completely crushed it for me. Not only did she handle the issue I called about efficiently, but she also proactively identified another issue I didn’t even know existed! A true credit to the State Farm team she deserves 10 stars!
