  Rich and his loan processor Mary were excellent. They did everything for me behind the scenes so I could keep focused on work and not worry about my loan. Took a lot of stress out of my cross country move. They were great to work with and were always available for my questions or concerns. I would definitely use them again and will recommend to friends and family. I had a lot of trouble finding a good mortgage team but they changed everything. If you are searching, you can end it now. They are the best!

  Long story short - Rich is great at what he does! He answers on weekends/nights/holidays almost instantly and always answers questions in a timely (and understandable!) manner. He is truly rooting for you and becomes "part of the team" to make the house buying process happen. Thanks Rich!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Robert and how helpful he was in my first home buying experience! Buying a home was such an anxious experience because I wasn't familiar with the process as well as the difficulties brought on by this housing market. Robert was so informative and helped explain every step before it ever happened! He was in constant communication about what was going on behind the scenes and made this process so simple and stress relieving! Now we are closing on our first home this week & I can't believe it!
