  By far the best banking experience I've ever had in NWA. Not only are they polite (like the competition) they resolve your issues and provide sound financial assistance (unlike the competition.) If you're looking at changing banks or looking to open a new account I cannot recommend Signature enough.

  Great customer service. I had used a very large National bank for the past twenty years, and thought they supplied decent customer service. So when I decided to switch to a local bank it blew my mind when the bank president thanked me for choosing their bank. I’ve been with them for about a year now, and I’m still impressed.

  My experience with Signature Bank has been my best experience with any bank thus far. Sandy Davis really worked with us and she took care of everything needed to make sure we could close on time on our new house. We also worked with Heather Mason and her team and they were amazing. Great customer service. I'm very glad we trust them, they were right there by our side going thru this process.

  I dealt primarily with Sandy Davis on my mortgage and she was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I also found that when she said Kelly would be in touch with me, that Kelly was immediately responsive. I'd like to say that all my questions were answered quickly yet they did an excellent job anticipating any questions and I was fully informed and knew where things were 24/7. Great experience!
