  Eric Garcia is fantastic. I was in a position with delays in a home we were having built where my original loan was charging me a substantial amount to keep my rate lock in place. It felt like a long shot, but I reached out to Eric three weeks before our scheduled closing date to see if he could help. Not only did he accept the challenge, but he was able to get me a lower interest rate than I had originally locked in place (in addition to me not having to pay the rate lock fees). Though there was minimal time, we were able to close on our date. Eric was excellent to work with through the process and was very responsive. I highly recommend Eric!

  Their local staff was very hands on & helpful setting up my mortgage. However I was not aware that they DO NOT SERVICE THE LOAN AFTER CLOSING. Any questions or help I needed afterwards was diverted to a call center (likely in Asia). When I later sold the property and attempted to pay the loan off they dragged their feet and almost caused my closing to be delayed! The Title company said they have never experienced that much difficulty getting documentation from a lender before. Based on my experience I would not do business with LeaderOne again no matter how competent their local sales staff is.

  Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and the kind words about our local staff. We do transfer the servicing of a small portion of our loans as many lenders do. Seems like the issue was with the company your loan was being serviced by, which was not LeaderOne Financial rather the company where your loan was transferred.   Eric Garcia and the team at LeaderOne were amazing! Our realtor suggested I speak with Eric after expressing my disappointment with the lender I was working with. Within 5 hours the ball was rolling and we closed on our home 29 days later. Eric kept us in the loop with everything and put that personal touch in too. He even wished my mother a happy birthday on her 75th. He even showed up for the closing. With buying a home being as stressful as it is, I am so glad I wound up with LeaderOne Financial and Eric Garcia who made the loan process so easy.

  We worked with Lance Hauth at Leader One, and would highly recommend! He made sure everything was completed ahead of time, so no last minute issues or surprises. He was quick to respond to all emails, and was very competitive with rates!

  What made Eric Garcia stand out from other lenders was his timely, seamless communication. His great personality and patience with us (as first time homebuyers) removed our anxiety and stress throughout the already stressful process.
