  Nicest people on earth, and they have amazing customer service, but if you’re looking for a convenient online banking solution, I recommend looking elsewhere. If someone at Rock Canyon reads this. If you guys would hire one product manager that asks customers what their experience is using your digital products, customer satisfaction would go through the roof overnight. We have reported bugs over and over again that haven’t been fixed for a year. I’m happy to talk with an engineering lead or PM anytime to give product feedback, and have offered this to everyone I’ve talked to at customer service, but there must not be any feedback or bug reporting setup. Seriously amazing people and fantastic customer service, with a few tweaks and polishes on digital banking this would be the best place to bank in the valley.

  I banked with this bank for 15 years with my business account. I know the owners and I believe they are trying to do the right thing. But recently they breeched that trust and I will be leaving them very soon to bank somewhere else. I know they just got acquired by another bank, so hopefully the mess that they created with my business and my family will be corrected in the merger. I would be careful working with them in the short term.

  Don’t trust this bank. They look out for their own, and in my opinion if you aren’t related to anyone high up, good luck being treated fairly. Managers also take photos with money, extremely disappointed.

  RCB has been an excellent bank to work with for our small business. Their online banking can be a little confusing to navigate, but their staff are always extremely helpful when we call or visit the branch. We've been very happy with them.

  We have been with Rock Canyon for over 4 years as a business. We had an SBA loan with them and they serviced that loan for us and everything went very well. We had a hiccup in operation on our end and we had a check come back with non sufficient funds. With some negotiating back and forth the bank did help us get it resolved and put everyone in a better situation. A big thanks to Ricky Monroe over there who ironed out the details for us. Thank you, and we look forward to doing more business with you in the future.

  Very poor customer service, I was in their drive up for 30 minutes waiting for service. there was nobody else there and I could see three staff members just standing around inside talking. I'm beyond frustrated.
