  After almost a year of considering refinancing my home, I finally decided to move forward. I do not like having to complete a lot of paperwork and go through a lot of back and forth. The process with Rob and his team was really easy. Not only is Rob professional and easy to work with, everyone that I dealt with at Severn Bank is professional and helpful. And of course, I saved a lot of money in the process. I highly recommend Rob and his team !!!!!!!!

  Rob was a major blessing to me. Rob was very professional, and very clear in communicating. I understood all the information he relayed to me. If I didn’t understand, he’d break it down for me to understand. A very hard worker, works day in and night out to achieve whatever tasks he has in hand. Very reliable and answered every question I had no matter what time of day I sent the question. I’ll recommend Robert to everyone that’s searching for a loan officer. Great Guy.

He is very professional and knowledgeable , just when I was about to give up Robert had good news that all the paperwork, hard work , sleepless nights paid off I was finally approved for my dream home .   Robert was very nice and kind, he helped me from the beginning till to the end, and he always make sure i submit all the document on time, he always answer his phone and always ready to answer all my questions.
