  Brian helped my husband and I secure a VA loan to purchase our first home, and we couldn't have picked a better mortgage lender! He was able to get us an amazingly low interest rate and he was always quick to answer any questions we had -- and we had a lot! It felt good to be working with a local bank as opposed to a big chain, because we really got the one-on-one special treatment from Brian that we needed during this process. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in the DMV area!

  My husband and I just closed on our refinance with Brian. I knew that we would go through him as soon as we decided we wanted to do our refinance. I was in real estate in the past and worked along side clients that were working with Brian. He is extremely knowledgeable and works with the utmost integrity.   Brian Lanning does great job! He is very honest and straightforward person. I bought two properties in 2020 and Brian offered me competitive interest rates for both of my houses. When I asked him if he could close earlier than closing date, he was able to do that. I am planning to take advantage of low interest rates and buy my third house in 2021 and I will definitely work with Brian again!

  This was our second time buying a home and using Brian as our mortgage guy. If we bought 100 more houses we would always use him! He is on the ball, always available to answer our questions, and FAST! We had to settle on a pretty tight deadline, and from out of town, and he and our realtor made it so easy and seem less for us. 10/10 definitely recommend!
