  I have always used a Bank for home purchases and have been disappointed every time. They don't answer there phones, reply back to emails, or return message in a timely matter, so I decided to try my luck with a broker. Darlene did a great job with the closing of our home and processing our loan. Any questions I had whether it was during day, evening, on the weekend Darlene always answered her phone or would return my call within an hour. Best experience I have ever had. Moving forward I will always use Darlene for all my home purchases in the future. Additional, she had us ready to close in less than 30 days. -Rodney

  Maria went over and beyond helping us secure our mortgage. She dealt with my Husband illnesses during this time and the delays it caused including having to walk me thru all the paperwork needed and 10 day delay when he also got Covid while in there. If it could happen it happened and she was always on top of everything. Over the years this is the 3rd time we have used RMG Mortgage and highly recommended them. Thanks, Maria

  This was my first home purchase, I was referred by a friend who had worked with Maria Gelinas and RMG before. I am in sales and anybody that is in that field knows how hard it can be to get approved. Maria was there for me the whole way, anytime I called, if had any questions she was on it professionally and personally.   Let me first start by saying Darlene Baril is incredible. I got jerked around for months by different brokers, until I was referred to Darlene. I was skeptical, but she kept everything SO simple it was a breeze. Her responsiveness is light speed. She is informative and kind. If you don’t like Darlene, there’s something wrong with you.
