  Hands down the best and most professional mortgage company out there. As first time home buyers Mike and Luke walked us through each process and made sure we got the best deal. Mike went to bat for us multiple times because he knew we could get a better deal. Island Home Mortgage really and truly cares about their clients. I will recommend them 10/10!!!

  OK, I have been dealing with mortgage brokers for over 35 years. We have purchased over 20 houses. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with any lender. MIKE KUC is amazing in terms of his transparency, his quick actions in getting loans processed, his honesty (which for me is number one), and his ability to deliver the product promised. Unlike any mortgage broker I've dealt, in a good way! I can't rave enough !! LOOK NO FURTHER FOR A COMPETENT AND HONEST MORTGAGE BROKER.
