Zachary Barefoot2I know seems for a bank to able to help customers question when it comes to money, but for the women working on 7/8 around 10:30 and I assume her coworker at the desk, when some one has a question maybe don’t laugh. Actually remove your eyes for the computer to look at them, and maybe offer a solution, so the people wanting to use your business to the fullest will not feel like the only helpful thing is the atm.

Kristi McDowell1Tried for months to get a replacement card. I tried multiple times at the local office and was told I had to order it over the phone. I can't remember my security code so they wouldn't let me order it that way. Finally, after many months of having to walk across town 5-6 miles each month, they finally let me order it at the local branch saying it would arrive in 7-10 business days. It has now been almost a month and still no card.

C LV1Try to call this location (and maybe ALL BOA locations) and speak to a Human? Forget it. They just hang up on you! And if you just hit Zero ONCE they HANG UP ON YOU ! Obviously theyre telling us, they DONT NEED or WANT our business !

Shawn Somers1Was told 45 minute wait to simply receive help, and I needed was to replace a debit ccard or receive a temporary one until a new one could be shipped. Pathetic will be closing my accounts and switching banks to one that isn't terrible.

Jacob McCandless5Last Friday I had an emergency regarding making my closing time with buying a house, I needed a cashiers check as quick as possible in order to make my closing time.. 2 young lady's readily assisted me right away once I explained my situation and they helped me get my cashiers check super fast and I made my closing time !! Thank you so so so much!!!

Bonnie Gibbs1Regarding the Saint Augustine, FL branch on U.S. 1 ◦ We just had the most horrible experience ever at any of the banks we've ever encountered! We had just sold a house and we're depositing a large amount of money by check. The teller we as extremely rude and so was the manager. She said it "wasn't her job" to fill out a deposit slip after I requested she do it. I didn't even know my account number as I don't carry checks anymore. I used my debit card to login so I Know she knew which account it was. The manager came over and we as practically yelling (little man disease) making sure everyone in the bank heard him. He told us we should have bought deposit slips. Didn't ask if we had any just rudely implied that we were paupers. I was depositing a very large amount and we had a large balance before the new deposit. His name is Kenneth Dockery and teller's name is Liza Cain. ◦ After this experience, I'll have to consider taking all our money to a bank that believes in customer service. After the fact she stated that she could fill them out if I was handicapped but she didn't even ask when I requested she fill it out. Horrible treatment for customers. This branch can't even compare to the Bank of America in Palatka. The one in Palatka, FL is wonderful. They have the most wonderful manager and seems everyone there is so nice and helpful. You don't have to beg them for help. They pretty much bend over backwards to make things good for customers. It was a rude awakening going to the one on U.S. 1 in. Saint Augustine.

Christopher Clarke1Tellers are understaffed and location shows as a drive thru location but it hasn’t been open in months. If you are going to close the other locations because of “Covid” at least make sure the one you leave open can help customers

Tad Smith2Just left the bank with only 1 customer there. Everyone was sitting and talking to each other yet no one can answer the damn phone when I left my check stub up there. I've called 6 times in a row and not a single answer or message. Seriously, this company gets worse with every passing day. First they up their fees and charges and now you can't get a single damn person to help when you leave sensitive information there. I am aware "I'm" the one who left it, however I also know how to pick up a phone a a obviously slow day. Thanks again for another shining example of how to lose members.

Joseph Ghela4Security guard at branch is very friendly opening door for customers. Clerk's are very nice people. Setup I okay. Don't get five star because I explained that Im traveling and looking for large bills but they only gave me twenties. Disappointed.
