  I've had a great experience with Nu Element! Geoffrey is very helpful and responsive. I'm in the process of building a new construction house and it has been invaluable to have Geoffrey inspect the house and re-inspect to confirm that items have been completed. Would highly suggest Nu Element!!

  Geoff responded to our request for an expedited Wind Mitigation Inspection. He made the appointment to be at our home two days later. When he arrived he was very courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. He was efficient, meticulous, and thorough with his inspection and promptly provided us with the Wind Mitigation Report within 24 hours as promised. We will definitely be using him again for our other properties. Geoff has an exemplary business model for others to follow and it was our pleasure to meet and work with this young professional!

  Excellent service from Geoff. He was able to perform an inspection on a very tight deadline for us, did a great job and provided a very thorough report. Was able to attend the inspection and Geoff took the time to point out all of the issues in-person. Saved us a bunch on insurance with Wind Mitigation and 4-Point reports too. Highly recommended!

  Geoff performed the inspection on the house we are in contract on. A great communicator, pleasant, knowledgable, efficient. He was there early, allowed me to follow him around the property, explained things as we went along and finally summarized and pointed out each item he listed on his report, large and small. He answered every question I had (of which there were many) in a pleasant, clear way. A terrific professional. Highly recommended!
