  Hands down the best customer care I have ever received. As a young driver, this was my first experience purchasing a vehicle and the guys at Riverton Elko helped me through every step of the way. I needed my vehicle licensed, registered, and insured in another state and they did everything in their power to make all of that happen for me as easily as possible. They were flexible with my odd work hours and were kind and understanding when I came in ten minutes before closing or even a bit after, worked extensively with a family member who I had appointed as my agent, gave me a ride home when I didn't yet have a vehicle, and went as far as to allow my out of state license plate to be mailed to them since I would not be home to sign for it. All this for someone who wasn't even purchasing a new vehicle. I would most definitely recommend Riverton Elko for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Great, honest people and even better customer service. CK and Bill, I can't thank you enough for all you both have done for me these past few weeks!

  I called on Wednesday 3/4/2020 to schedule an appointment for an oil change, the lady in the service department that helped me scheduled me an appointment for 1:15 pm on Thursday 3/5/2020. Perfect. I take my car to riverton at 1pm on 3/5/2020, (no lights on the dash) the service department says they do not have anything with my name, proceed to ask me if I would.have scheduled it under another name. Nope. Sure didn't. i work for the state, and we had a fleet vehicle that needed to be picked up also, so my office called at approximately 12:00 pm, service said it was in the shop and there is no reason why it shouldn't be done within an hour when I drop my personal car off. When I drop my car off, i ask if the fleet car is done, no it's not. The girl that was assisting me said very rudely that she was the one that was dealing with the fleet car and she knew it wasnt done, so whoever told me it would be done was wrong. (Rude) okay,,, service says they will get me in but it should take longer then usual. Ok fine. Service asks if i want my tires rotated. No, they are brand new and I dont need them rotated. Ok, I pick up my car at approximately 5:15. I pay, and go to my car. I start the car- the tire pressure light is on and flashing. I go back inside, tell the service advisor, that when I dropped the car off there were NO LIGHTS ON. she calls Juan out, Juan comes out, says he needs a tool, goes in retrieve the tool, comes back out and says they didnt reset the pressure things when they rotated the tires.... ummmm I did NOT want my tires rotated. So Juan reset my tires, and the lights went off. I am very unsatisfied with the service that Riverton has been providing. Hopefully staff improves and services can be provided correctly and efficiently. Click

  Bought a used vehicle for my daughter and paid a fair price. Robert Smith was our salesman and was never pushy. He was great to deal with and even drove his personal vehicle to the gas station to gas up our new purchase so we could get goin faster.

  The sales people are great but the service people not so much. Maybe we were spoiled by the treatment we received when we first spent over $70,000.00 to buy our new truck. When we took it back to have some extras added to it, it almost seemed as if the service people were suspicious of us, even though both times we spent another $1,000.00 on the extras. I pretty much had to demand that they lend us a vehicle while they installed the extras. Maybe we should just deal strictly with our sales person because I don't have much patience when I feel someone is dismissive of us.

  Service department gave me the runaround. Did not have the courtesy to give me a call to update me on my vehicle that was being looked at. They had my truck for two days just to diagnose a problem. I went to pick my vehicle up and they then tried to charge me $250 instead of the agreed $125 because they said that they diagnosed two problems. This was never previously discussed. Completely blown away that they would treat customers like this.

  Used Truck buyer. Our salesperson did a good job being on top of things for us and answering questions. Very POOR customer service and follow up from the General Manage and used car managers. Relayed some questions and inquiries about some issues after the sale. It has been over 9 days and still no call back. We will most likely not use Riverton again to purchase a vehicle.
