Matt B1I watched my GF go through the entire fraud process with US bank when someone hacked into her online checking account (how the hackers got by 2FA is scary). The person she dealt with at the physical branch in Elko was disinterested and flat out rude. Out of 6-7 different people she dealt with on the phone, only one seemed to have any clue what was going on. Once everything got resolved, US Bank decided on their own, completely without her consent, to move her to a gold checking account that charges $15 a month. Sleazy stuff US Bank. Are you owned by Wells Fargo by chance? This bank is a mess both locally and nationally, plus their online security is super sketchy. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone.

Wayne Felzien1Bake is sub-par, we went there from Elko Federal credit union, I hate to say I miss them. Us bank manager she is less than interested in listing or trying to help, she should just stay hole would be just as helpful!

Erica Borkenhagen1I opened an account with this bank last year us bank has been the most frustrating bank I've ever dealt with everything is about their policies not customer service my father died and I wasn't able to attend his funeral Mass I had a balance in my bank account of 80,000 at the time because I had sold my house my debit card was denied when I tried to purchase a plane ticket I called the branch and was told that because my account hadn't been opened a year I had a 1000 dollar limit on my card and they couldn't raise it lady told me she wasn't going to listen to me yell at her which I hadn't but I was very upset she made it very clear she could have cared less that my father had just passed thanks us bank

bethanie vazquez2The slowest drive up tellers I’ve ever encountered. Very few atms through out town. And half the time the ones they do have, are down or not working correctly. Building wasn’t open to the public for like a year.

Joey Knight1Went to pull out 11grand, and was met with a very rude unprofessional teller. Very disappointed, Been with us bank for years. Honestly thinking about switching banks.

Jade Hiler2I’ve been put on hold for 20 minutes every-time I call and it hangs up on me while on hold so when I call back and they ask if they can put me on hold I tell them the machine hung up on me and they say “oh can I put you on hold” so I say yes and behold another 20 minutes later and I get hung up on again! I think they need to set a rule in place where you can’t leave a person on hold for more then 10 minutes and at least check in on them so they know you haven’t forgotten they are waiting to be helped. I understand being busy but it’s a little ridiculous that 40 minutes later and I haven’t talked to anyone. Perhaps hire more people at this location..

Jake martin320 minutes on “hold” is not really ahold it’s a standby BUT being a forgiving person it’s ok even though the operator that answered didn’t sound very friendly at all. Sometimes it happens.

J W1Don’t deposit any money into the ATM, its old and doesn’t get serviced apparently, unless you want to chance waiting up to ten days for it. P.s. I hate this bank
