Elko branch is very corrupt. They do illegal and unethical banking practices. I am turning them in, they allow other people not on accounts to take out money!! The bank manager lacks understanding of banking laws. Ashamed I ever banked with them. Think twice before banking with them.

I needed assistance with my card. The woman on the other line was rude to me and hung up on me twice. I simply asked for help and gave my info and somehow she got offended just by that (not kidding or exaggerating) and she hung up on me twice. If you ever plan to go to use your card in another state and need help with this bank good luck!
