  Guild Mortgage provided us with the best services and made our experience as first-time homebuyers very easy. Morgan Lozano was incredibly helpful when explaining the process and working with us to meet deadlines. Nearing the closing date, we were out of the country, and Morgan went above and beyond to help us meet all the requirements before that deadline. Morgan helped us a second time to refinance, and it was smooth sailing. Overall, we have had a pleasant experience working with Guild Mortgage!

  We used Morgan Lozano at Guild when we bought our home and she was AMAZING. She bent over backwards to make things work for us, get us the lowest possible rate and make things easy on our end! She made a crazy amount of calls on our behalf when we were working with really difficult sellers and handled all the messes we threw at her and all of our questions as first time home buyers. And she did it all with a smile and happy attitude. Would recommend her a thousand times over!

  I recently work with Morgan at Guild Mortgage on getting a loan for my new home. As I got the paper work she needed along with all the info, she took the time to answer questions and help me get the following paperwork in order. I had many questions and sat down in her office or over the phone and she was willing to walk me though all the things I didn’t understand. She was professional and took the time to guide me along with all the comes from buying a house. She present her self organized and with integrity. I would work with her again in a heart beat!   We recently obtained a mortgage from guild. They were initially nice and helpful. It soon became an experience from hell. We were constantly resending information. Towards the end of the process we complained and talked to a manager. They apologized and promised they would make it right. It was nothing more than lip service. We ended up closing late. Then to top it off we waited in the escrow office for our loan officer, Tara, to show up. She never informed anyone that she wouldn’t be showing up. This was a horrible experience and I would encourage everyone to avoid this place.
