Warrior1Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life and where? At a bank? Are you kidding me?! I'm sure the manager at this bank she must be just like them or else she wouldn't hire people like that where they should work at a Zoo not a bank! You guys need to go to some good schools and learn how to communicate with people and treat them right! Shame on all of you!

John Lissner1Horrible customer care.. I showed up about 10 minutes before closing. Deposited $500 and needed to swap 20's for 100's. By the time they finished the deposit it was 3 minutes past closing. She asked for a signature then said she closed the teller and couldn't swap the bills since they closed. No apology, she was sarcastic and rude. I was there prior to closing and should have been taken care of prior to them closing things out. She spoke over me multiple times and was very unprofessional.

Amy Enriquez4They refused to help me dispute a duplicate transaction. Stated they only help if it’s fraud. My solar company refuses to refund the duplicate payment, told me to dispute with my FI who I have banked with for YEARS. Rio Grande said they don’t dispute things and cant help me unless is fraud. I work at another local credit union and assist my members with disputes all day long. Now I’m out $70 because no one has the same courtesy to assist me. Edit: received a call from Katie the manager at Cabezon. She explained why a dispute was not possible instead of basically what I was told of “we don’t do that”. I understand why they simply can’t dispute transactions due to Visa and change back rights. She tried to call Vivint to help me and I appreciate her going above and beyond. Katie helped remind me why I’ve been a member for 10+ years. Thanks for the help Katie!

Amanda Padilla1This location should make sure all tellers are trained the same before letting them represent the company. Since my last visit, I have talked to a large amount of people about my experience at this location. Surprisingly, many were able to describe the teller I was speaking about. Several pleasant experiences by many customers ruined by one teller with a bad attitude.

Arial Sanchez2Got off the phone with my niece has had horrible experiences here at this bank with a specific teller, told her she should switch on to my bank and go to Nusenda where all the ladies I deal with are genuine sweethearts. When dealing with customers explain why your doing something dont expect them to know and be rude about it.

Anonymous W1They charge to transfer money at ATM. Nusenda doesn't charge. Rio grande credit union charges you for EVERYTHING. THEY ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. Do yourself a favor and go to nuSenda. Stay away from Rio Grande credit union.
