  I have been using Sandia Area for 7 years and they are always great. Staff is friendly and helpful! Will never use a big bank. Love the credit union!

  Hi I was on the text with Bank. I had Amber helping me. It took her 2 hours to help me fix. She was great at what she does. I am the problem im not technically gifted in any way. I feel like she has more patience for what she does then I ever would. Im sure meny times she said to her self what is this ladys problem. But always very kind. She really knows how to work with people. Thank you Amber

  The Rio Rancho location is great! The staff is friendly and helpful. There are never long lines which makes transactions expedient Customer service here is A++++++

  Madayi Chavez loan oficer took my application via online and Travis of SAFCU of Rio Rancho closed my car loan smoothly. Now I'm just waiting for my second dream car to be delivered from another state! I would recommend them!

  Been a member for many years but recently the customer service has been sub-par. Lost my debit card it was replaced but applied to the wrong account, so if you have more than one checking and savings account pay close attention or repeat yourself and don't leave until they acknowledge they understand what you requesting.

  Was with them for 6+ years, charged me 600 dollars in overdraft fees when I had money! The only benefits this bank has to be with them is the free cookies and coffee in the waiting area.

  My experience with this bank has been nothing but problems the branch manager is extremely rude and honestly seems racist every time I go in there she acts like she's better then me and anybody she talks to. I wouldn't recommend this bank if it was the only one in Rio Rancho a customer service is absolutely horrible and it's rubbing off on her subordinates. Will never go back to his bank again absolutely terrible ran business

  Horrible local credit union with no customer service and advises that everything is taken care of then charges you fees. Paid my credit card with outside bank account then they “Accidentally” took it from a Zero checking account with Sandia. Account has been empty for over a year, how can you accidentally do that. Next they charge $79 in fees and cannot do anything about it. Say that there system does allow them do anything as it’s a third party credit card company who doesn’t answer they’re phones. Take to multiple manager who understands my frustration but nothing can be done. Stay far away from the scammers.

  Customer service was outstanding. Anthoney and Madayi were always quick to respond to any questions I had and were honest and straightforward through the entire process. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a auto loan.
