Sadia Abbasi1My experience with BOA is very negative every time I went. At this branch, they NEVER pickup their phone to schedule an appointment. Once I went to do wire transfer for my house closing and after quite some wait, I was told they can't accommodate me and that I should come back later. Another time I went to close my safe deposit box and after atleast an hour of wait they told me they won't be able to do it due to amount of customers they have and I should come back. Atleast they should inform a customer on time instead of making them wait for an hour. So many similar experiences. This was the main bank in the state of NM and I had to deal with them.

Darlene Barela1Had a merchant take my money for payment that had already been paid and now it's under investigation and l have to wait up to 90days it's over $900 What kind of bank is this when they can't protect your money. Very very disappointed. They had my business for over twenty years and still they let this happen???

Joe Brooks5I went in this morning and couldn't remember my address for the life of me. After the experience, I looked at it and noticed there were about 5 different addresses that we had gone through before my social security number was needed to be used to verify my identity. The tellers were extremely professional in handling this and I sincerely appreciate them still helping me get what I went in for. Thank you for great customer service. Great bank. 🏦

Loretta Vallo1Just had a horrible experience! Went to deposit money my students made in a bake sale...a Melanie wouldn't accept my coins because they weren't rolled when last week another teller accepted my coins with no problem. Branch manager should ensure protocols are in place or perhaps Melanie was in a rush to go home since there was only 10 minutes till close. I think I need to change to a credit union!

Joshua Kane1This location does not seem to care about its customers and at a certain point it does matter. I recently had some issues with with my account that I tried to resolve online. I had to go down to the bank to get my issue resolved. Rather than make any attempt to restore my loss of confidence in their services; I was given no explanation as to why the problem occurred and no assurance that it would not continue to be a problem. I have used BOA for over 15 years and I have noticed a disturbing trend... If there is a problem with any thing, YOU WILL PAY THE PRICE FOR THE BANKS MISTAKES. Until changes are made I would recommend look at other financial institutions for your banking and loan needs.

stolen data1This bank is terrible, 10$ per cashier check when you can get money orders for 99cents at any gas station. It takes forever to get anything done as well! The parking is dangerous and the drive thru is never open. Not to mention the bank as a whole is so greedy they charge 5$ a month for savings without telling anyone! Who knows what other hidden fees they have! My card has been hacked every year from some other state I have never been to, this bank is not secure. I haven't had the same card for a full year ever since I have started. Bank somewhere else!!

luciano furru1The female manager is very rude and has no customer service. She talks down to people and has a very rude attitude as if someone is forcing her to work there. However the other workers are nice. Really wish they would get rid of her, I now drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to another location so i can avoid this problem with her
