  Talita and her team were amazing to work with as usual. We worked with Gilvania on 2 of our refinances and to purchase a second home.   Right Key was the right choice for my re-finance. They closed on my re-fi in only 2 weeks. I got a great rate and the entire process was pain free. Dave and Bruno were true professionals and helped me every step of the way. They were in constant communication and replied to all emails fast. Sometimes even after hours. I am very happy with Right Key and will recommend them to anyone I know looking to re-fi and purchase a home.

  I dont know who is writing these reviews but this mortgage company is a joke. They have transferred my application to so many different people I can't keep track. Then they ask for documentation over and over again after you've already given to them. Then they ask for documentation that is not possible to provide when you've already told them it wasn't available. This company is run by what appears to be unprofessional agents along with incompetent staff all around. Once you've spent your money on inspections and everything else they start playing games. They tell you that you have to have your insurance and other things paid in full upfront (not ttue). How they're allowed to operate is beyond me. If I wasn't so vested in the process out so much money I would switch lenders. Run from this company, dont waste your time, money, or energy with them.

  We searched our records and discovered that we did not have a loan in process for you, but did in fact have one for your daughter. When we read this review, we reached out to her immediately to make sure we provided any additional assistance she needed and in turn, she provided us with some valuable feedback. She also left us a review here as soon as we closed her loan. Although you were not directly involved in our loan process, we understand you had a negative experience and for that we truly apologize. In regard to your feedback about “playing games” after money was spent, we do have to respectfully disagree with that assessment. We very much care about all our clients! Unfortunately, the mortgage process can sometimes include large amounts of documentation, depending on specific scenario’s. Anyone who says differently is being disingenuous. What we can promise you and everyone else is that we do and will continue to put forth our very best effort and keep fighting to get you into your home! We try our absolute best to provide a great customer service experience every time, which is why you see so many positive reviews. However, we realize that we did not live up to your expectations and we take this review very seriously, so again, we apologize and promise we will continue to learn and improve going forward.

  Carrie went above and beyond to get us closed! She was there to help guide me every step of the way and answered all my questions no matter how foolish. It makes the stressful home buying process that much easier when you have people that make you feel like a priority. We even closed a week early! I highly recommend Right Key Mortgage!

  David, Diego and the whole team at Right Key is amazing. It was my first time home buying experience so it was very stressful, and they constantly set my mind at ease throughout the process. David was always available, and even took calls and replied to texts from me at late hours of the day. They were all so helpful, going above and beyond, and are all simply amazing at their job.
