  I have dealt with Star mortgage many times in the last 22 plus years to refinance my home to pay down bills and for renovations, I have referred many people and those who have used Jay Austin at Star Mortgage found the experience to easy & great to deal with like I had told them.   All I know is I never thought I'd own a home. Because of Jay and Star Mortgage I now do. And when it's time to make upgrades I'll be going back to talk to Jay again. You should too. I referred 1 of my work buds to Jay and my buddy was very impressed as well. See for yourself, really!

  Jay really takes the time to make sure your refinance is done right. Very personable when chatting but also knows the ins and outs of refinancing. He tries to lock in the lowest rate possible. We have refinanced twice with him.

  Jay Austin and Star Mortgage have been amazing in the years we have used them. Jay helped us with the purchase of our first home and a couple refinances over the years. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else, Jay is our go-to guy!
