  We cannot say enough good things about our expierence with Andrew while buying our first home. Overall our process was definitely not an easy one, but Andrew made it much less stressful every step of the way. Between finding out, a week before closing due an unresponsive, unprofessional sellers agent that the property was being taken off the market, to quickly finding and closing on a different, absolutely perfect house, Andrew stayed very attentive through every second of the process. Andrew is very understanding and personable, always taking our schedules and needs into account. All of his corrispondences were nothing but professional and extreemly timely, often speaking with us late into the evenings and occasionally on weekends. Being first time home buyers, having limited understanding of the home buying process, never once did Andrew make us feel uncomfortable or nervous about asking any questions we had. He did endless hours of research finding the perfect home buying program for our situation, ensuring we chose the right one for us and  for our best interest. There is no doubt in our minds, that without Andrew, we would not currently being living in an amazing town, in an amazing house, on an amazing property. We would whole heartedly recommend Andrew to anyone in search of a mortgage advisor and plan to work with him again if/when we decide to move in the furtue.

  Andrew was very knowledgeable about the process. He explained everything to a T and made sure there were no surprises. He doesn’t sugar coat it like other loan officers may do and everything was as we expected! I’ve also sent a few referrals his way. Excellent service!

He is able to distill the information and communicate in such a way that an average person can understand the more complicated aspects of the mortgage business. Not only that but he was always available for questions and most importantly, he is an honest, trustworthy guy. Really cannot say enough complimentary things about Andrew

  Andrew Kafka and the team at RMS we’re hands down the best! My wife Kerrie and I can’t thank Andrew enough. We did a new build and we had some credit obstacles but Andrew stuck with us every step of the way . Because it was a new build it took some time but Andrew always checked in with us and guided us through the entire process .   Couldn’t say enough good things about Andrew. He was extremely responsive with any questions I had via email/Phone throughout the whole process, and not only knowledgeable but able to explain the confusing details that are included in purchasing a home in a way that me and my fiancé could understand. I knew nothing as a first time home buyer and Andrew helped me figure things out, feel confident that I knew all the options to make the best choice, and was there with us every step of the way!

  Andrew led me thru the journey of home ownership. He has a very calm and patient demeanor. He's not a fast talker. For 1st time home owners, (you never done this before), he listens to your questions whether it made sense or not. You are not left with a sense of awkwardness for asking. Broke all the facts down to where anyone can understand. Most important, he follows up with you and makes sure you are comfortable with everything. It was a stress free and quick closing. 5 STAR Amazing.
