  One of the Loan Officers from RMS, Nancy Levine came highly recommended by my agent and it was the best decision ever. Any questions I had Nancy would respond in a matter of minutes. She's been instrumental throughout the whole process of me purchasing my home. She's very knowledgeable about the home buying process and on occasion I'd ask her a question rather than my agent. I'll definitely use Nancy again and I can't recommend her enough if you're buying a home.

  Residential Mortgage is one of the best Mortgage Companies out there. Phenomenal Mortgage Brokers Specially Hirsh and Andrew Kafka, with their professionalism when sending my client to either one of them, I don't have to worry about anything. Full transparency, great communication, excellent!!!

  I can not say enough good things about Barbara! She crossed every T and dotted every i! She always responded to me quickly and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend her and will be using her again in the future. If you want good efficient service, updating through the whole process, and a person who thoroughly explains each step of the way then Barbara is your person and she will not disappoint! Thanks again!!

  I would give Andrew the highest score. He was with us the whole process and was very helpful each step we needed to do. We could not have done this without him. I highly recommend Andrew!!

  If you get Barbara Mancovsky as your Loan Officer, than you are in luck! She is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Barbara will keep you up-to-date on every step of the way it will take you to finalize the biggest purchase you'll ever make. She also is amazing at explaining every scenario you may encounter and any questions you have - there are no dumb questions! She also made herself available to me at odd hours (since I only had access to printing and scanning documents through work on overnights and weekends), which is the kind of customer service I wasn't expecting. I'd give her 10 stars if there was an option! Absolutely recommend!

  As a first time buyer during a global pandemic I easily could have grown too overwhelmed to get the job done, but not with Barbara Mancovsky in my corner! Barbara educated me about my options with patience and clarity, worked with me to make sure my needs were met in a way that matched my best interests, and took care to ensure we were prepared and in lock step all the way through to the big day. She even spent time post-purchase with me to share pointers about navigating creepy new home owner mail, how to get PMI off my bill as quickly as possible, and more. She is a gem, I'm immensely grateful for her support, and I almost look forward to taking out my next mortgage ;)!

  I bought my first home through RMS and it was wonderful they work perfectly and I believe fairly with us. I am on the process of buying my second home and I sure going with RMS. Thanks RMS you gave me hope 2015 and I know it will happen again you are the best.
