  My experience with Ridge was the absolute best customer service experience possible. My call was answered immediately, my insurance options were spelled out quickly and clearly in a pleasant and helpful manner, and in less than ten minutes we were finished. It would great if everyone else were as efficient, helpful, and dedicated to customer service as Ridge is.

  Who knew that switching to a new insurance policy would be so easy?! Ridge was very helpful toward my questions and concerns. Super awesome experience and most of all he helped me SAVE $$ per month. It was extremely quick and easy. Definitely made my transition light work. Thank you for all your help!!

  Ridge is absolutely on top of it. He had a quote to me within twenty minutes. And was very professional. He texts to check up on you and make sure your taken care of. I was with my other insurance company since I was 16 and he made everything easy for me.

  Matt and the team at ridge tefft of state farm are awsome each and everytime. Matt mad it fast and easy to switch over. I was being over charged at a differ insurance firm. And matt was able to bundle everthing for a better price. Most definitely sticking with this team evryone is helpul and very fast at responding at txt or calls. I highly recommend this agency!!

  I can’t thank the team enough for all that they do. I called Matt After hours while at the dealership and he stayed late on a Friday to help me get proof of insurance on my new car. The next day Ridge followed up with me to assure that everything was complete and set up properly. The team here at the Ridge Tefft office is second to none and I will be a lifetime customer!

  An average person at my age with my record would pay alot of money for insurance and would have a difficult time starting insurance, Ridge has been so patient, understanding and communicates very well. Ridge has made it easy for me to afford my car insurance and anything else I would need for my appartment, highly recommended!
